DMi Pay is a rules based trucking payroll (accessorial pay) application that allows for easily computing detention pay for company drivers or owner operators. This system has separate rules for company drivers and owners. The system allows for flat or percentage types with multiple options on when detention is to be paid. The unit detention reporting module provides reporting to compare detention billed versus detention paid.
Complete set up for rules at driver or owner levels. This includes a separate free time schedule, detention pay rates, and detention increments. All tracking is done at a stop level using data provided in the unit detention module. As detention events are paid or closed, reason codes and comments can be captured for future reporting.
