View the sequence in which events occurred and the details of how detention is computed for a customer’s particular detention event. Notify customers via email, fax, or phone to let them know that detention has started. Customer-specific rules, tiered pricing, summary billing, and more make the billing process flexible enough to handle the individual demands of each Bill-To customer.
