Web Load Tendering

Allow shippers to tender orders to the carrier via the carrier’s website with Web’nTransit Load Tendering. With this system, once orders are accepted they are created within the carriers’ operation system and notifications about whether the orders were accepted or rejected are returned to the shipper via email. Customers have the ability to tender orders 24/7, eliminating unnecessary phone calls and faxes. This Load Tendering process works especially well with the Load Tracking module to keep information flowing between the carrier and customer.

Carrier defined fields and customizable field labels allow for the inclusion of information important to every carrier’s line of business. The system pre-loads previous Load At and Consignee customers used by the customer’s profile, and customers have the ability to enter as many stop offs as needed with the click of a button. Users can also check the status of orders tendering on the carriers website as needed.

No modifications are needed to install Webn’Transit Load Tendering for legacy iSeries systems. If no workable EDI system is in place, installation of the AOS Load Tendering Host Interface is available. Once implemented, this system will help make you stand out from a sea of competitors.
