Very few tools exist for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to manage order history or orders in-progress. CSRs have long relied on Available Orders/Units or Customer Inquiry to retrieve information on orders or customer order history. Most carriers today are in need of a specific tool to help them manage the orders their customer trust them to handle.
